Zip broke
Zip was very stiff when I first put it together I then Washed the cover when trying to zip it back together the zip broke . Now having to return which is extremely annoying

Poor quality
Zip has broken on the cover tried to find a to contact the company and they don't have a help button

Nice idea but colour runs.
Nice snooze pod.But once I had washed the cover as it smelt when I received it all the yellow dye ran into the white.
