Plantar Fascitis Cure!!
A family member recommended this slant board after seeing me hobbling around in pain with plantar fascitis. Desperate for relief (after having tried everything else like ice and various manual stretches) I bought it. It has given me amazing relief and because of stretching with this board, my foot is healing! I use it only on the second of the four levels which is plenty high for me. I use both feet at the same time and the stretch is really helpful for both calves. (I hold on to a door jam when standing on it.) Sometimes I use it barefoot as I like the beads on my barefeet. Sometimes I just hop on when wearing sneakers. What I've learned about PF after having it for first time is to wear very supportive shoes with excellent arch supports (I use the green Superfeet kind from Amazon) while it's healing. I only wear sneakers or hiking boots as much as possible - both with those arch supports. I usually try to use the board to stretch as soon as I get up, one other time in the day, and then before I go to bed. Usually for two minutes or more each time. I highly recommend this for plantar fascitis. It is strong and durable but easily portable. I took it on an overnight car trip and even used it at a rest stop. And, the stretch is so good it's relieving tight calf/hamstring muscles and helping my sciatica issues. I'm active and like to mountain bike. This device is helping my overall stretching needs in unexpected ways.

Pretty good actually
I'm surprised to find this kind of quality for under $30, especially since a lot of comparable products are much more expensive and seem to offer roughly the same material quality. The little stick-on heel pads are very low quality however and have almost completely detached from where I applied them. It seems very sturdy, but I use it as a footrest at my desk and am not standing on it.

Does the Job
Even at the lowest incline, it gives a good stretch for the calf muscles.
