I usually use laundry pods or gel, so was interested to try this alternative.The sheets are squares, with two stacked packed in each box. They have a slightly foamy texture. You have to peel them off the stack like sliced cheese, but I had no problem with this - they come off easily. I would note that this may not be quite as easy for someone with dexterity issues as the sheets are quite thin.The wash performance is different to what I'm used to with pods or gel. I couldn't really see much visible suds in the washer during the cycle. However, lightly dirty clothes from day to day wear came out perfectly clean so no complaints here.I tried this for washing some more heavily dirty clothes and sponges used for cleaning up mess in the kitchen on a quick wash cycle, and found it didn't get them perfectly clean. While it's hard to say for sure without a scientific comparison, I do feel the wash power isn't as good as my usual laundry pods or gels.However, for day to day lightly dirty laundry, this is a solid option with clear environmental and cost benefits!

Finally a product that’s not only eco friendly but takes up less room in my cupboard, gone are the days of stacked up chemical products. This is my new favourite.

It's comparatively cheap but it doesn't clean the clothes well and left all quick and low temperature washes (under 1.5hr and/or 30°c washings) a bit smelly.Not going to buy again

If you haven't given laundry strips a go by now you should definitely look into trying these. I grabbed the ocean fresh set and they've been a joy to use so far.First off, love the simple cardboard packing. No plastic or other nasty inserts. Just crack it open and you've got access to all of the sheets inside.Scent is lovely on these ones and transfers well to clothing. Can't complain there.Biggest reason I love these sheets though is down to the ease of use. You literally just chuck one or two in depending on how much you're washing and how dirty the clothes are. That's it, no measurements needed, no powder everywhere. So much simpler and quicker.You get a ton in this box as well, even if you used two a time i think they'd last a good while.Quality washing strips that smell great and leave clothes fresh. Can't fault them. 5*!

These laundry strips are very effective. I tend to do large loads and live in a hard water area so I use two strips. The clothes come out clean and I haven’t had any issues with residue being left on the clothes. I do wish the scent was stronger but that’s just personal preference.
