How do you use the infrared on this machine ? It doesn’t mention it in the instructions and I bought it because it had that factor . Thank you

It actually mentioned infrared I'm the manual but it's misleading as it's just a light show. I thought the infrared means its a heat percussion massager.

Can you store it in the charger after each use or will that shorten the battery life? Should I just charge it as needed?

Dear customer, in order to better extend the battery life,we recommend you remove the charger cord from the base after each full charge.

I need a replacement charger, what charger is compatible?

INPUT: 100-240VAC 50/60Hz OUTPUT: 9V 1A Interface: 5521 Electrode: inside positive and outside negative

Lost attachment can i buy more?

I have the Msscede,There's not much of a comparison. The heads are softer and gentler on Msscede, whereas this ones only 1 or 2 heads are useful as the rest seem like torture devices.I recommend you to 》》𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗗𝗘.𝗖𝗢𝗠《《. I bought it. The quality is indeed much better, Feels very good
