Are these wires tinned for soldering on circuit breadboards?

They appear to be tinned. Just to be sure I tried a quick test with solder and they wet easily. These are normally used with the push in breadboards that are not soldered. They work very well for this. The connections are solid and reliable. The coating on the wires is important in this application. Bare copper wires are not reliable.

What material is the wire made of? Is there lead in these?

The wire is iron, nickel, and cobalt. No lead

What is the max Amp I can use with this? In other words what is the power dissipation?

These are 26 or 28 AWG wire for bread boarding small signal components. They aren't intended for heavy current loads. They will probably carry 8 to 10 AMP before they fuse or burn open. The plug-in bread board connections will not handle that level of current very well. Power dissipation is not a parameter most engineers would be concerned about with this size of wire. These jumpers are for test wiring low current and logic level circuits. They do not make effective fuses.

Très pratique

Super pratique pour faire les liaisons qui n’auront pas besoin d’être débranché, cela permet d’être plus propre et plus lisible, sans plein de fil en hauteur. On peut par exemple monter l’alimentation dans un coin et utiliser les grandes pour faire le link sur d’autres point. Pas mal de taille qui correspondent au grid des plaques d’essais.

Great prototype wires

For prototype work these are a must. No need to waste time making your own wires. Come in various lengths to create a clean build. They function well on all the plug in prototype boards I have used. Can be shaped or bent as needed but with the selection this is seldom needed.
