where is this scale made?

Can anyone recommend a scale that works??? Ordered three different types.....all bad and inaccurate. Geezzz, what happened to quality in this country.

Does this give a consistent weight each time you step on? Im sick of my digital scale giving me three different readings within 30 seconds.
