I can't say enough how powerful and illuminating (pun intended) this UV light is. I purchased it to cure glues and epoxies, but it lights up freon marking dye during the day in cars, and umm easily shows you what your naked eyes can't see in bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms... you get the point.Great for scorpions and other things that react to UV light as a hobbyest or low-key secret sleuth.I've charged this a couple times, retains a long charge and battery life is excellent. Functionality is easy with intense and dimmer modes to save battery or when a super bright light is not needed.from Ooh's and Ahh's to Eww's and Ick's, this light will reveal it all.Highly recommend for work or play.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. Heavy, solid seals, great rechargeable batteries (included), USB-C charging cord (included), safety glasses (included) - Wow!I've had my ups and down over the past few years - gambling and internet addiction issues, mainly, and some rehab - and just returned after another stint in the latter. I earned my PI license this time - yoga instructor, nutritionist, etc. earlier - and got this to be able to see stains for my clients.Yes, it can get somewhat hot but the heat is not nearly as bad as what my clients' spouses get when they see the pictures, I can tell you that. I have documented more than 5 cases this MONTH using stain-based evidence (hotel sheets and similar) with this flashlight.Highly recommend.

Excellent UV light, the brightest I have ever seen. I have 5 other lights of this type and this one out shines them all.One other item, the customer service is also excellent. I had the unfortunate bad luck of accidentally damagingthe filter at the front of the light so, I contacted support asking if it was possible to purchase a replacement.I was not only impressed with their fast response but, I was further amazed that they offered to send me a replacementfree of charge. Now that's what I call customer service. Highly recommended to those who are looking for a great performing UV light at a decent price.

This light is very bright and works great. All the reviews about charging are partly correct. It won't charge on google or Apple high power usb c to usb c. It charges fine on usb to usb C low power. Works great.This isn't a light that can be used for long periods (1hr +) it gets warm quick. I used it for 45 min scorpion hunting.It illuminated them from 20 to 30ft. Very bright, you need to be careful with using this light safely.It would get a 5 star if it charged on 20-30w+ usb c to usb c.

Comes with the batteries, a lot of people don't want to buy a light without them. This is an important factor when shopping to many. It has USB C charging, so if you live in today's society, you have probably 10-15 different spots to charge it.First off, the UV light is NOT BRIGHT. It's not meant to be. It does however show things you'd never expect to be there. I warn you, if you think your house is clean, this light is going to drive you insane, it shows everything.Built quality is on point. Very hefty feeling body, excellent button placement, charging is easy, and a decent lip over the lens. The ONLY thing I wish they'd have included was a good lens cover. UV is NOT good for eyes, so if you buy this get yourself some sort of cover.The batteries last a decent while, considering the wattage it's pushing. It has two modes which the high mode will change your perspective on clean. We've found some really cool stuff out in the woods at night with this light. I WILL get warm with extended use on high, it's pushing quite a bit of power. If you'd like to see the true measurements on it's abilities I suggest searching up one lumen on google and check out their insanely in depth review.Overall, this is a fantastic light for a decent price tag. If you're wanting to see how dirty things are or go out and explore and find some REALLY cool stuff at night, this is the best bang for buck out there. If you're debating on purchasing this one, I'd highly suggest just pulling the trigger. Alonefire really did a great job on this light.

Tried charging on my USB C high current capable charger with voltage and current monitoring and the USB charging port did not work. Tried on another charger with the same result, both using USB C to C cables. Turns out that the USB port has compatibility issues. Works with a USB charger that has a USB A type port and is charged with a USB A to USB C cable but refuses to work with a USB C charging output port and a C to C cable. Batteries charging OK on an external charger and arrived with about a 60% charge per the external charger. Light itself functioning correctly so far as I can determine considering that it arrived with absolutely minimal documentation. The 18650 batteries are absolutely minimal capacity at a claimed 2000 MaH, ridiculous for this size battery. No indication on the batteries of maximum continuous current capacity either.The light itself is quite powerful and I will keep it now that I am aware of the charging compatibility issue. First time I have seen this.
