onlyfire Universal Stainless Steel Rotisserie Skewers Rotating Kebab Maker, Shish Kabob Set for Most Grills

The media could not be loaded.  I love grilling using a rotisserie and kebab skewers are so much easier and less stressful when on a rotisserie because the cook more evenly and are much less quickly ruined by a flair up. I waited a while before rating these because the way they attach at the looped end feels flimsy like it will pop off during cooking which would be ruinous because the the rod keeps rotations everything would get messed up. But it hasn't happened and the food's turned out good each time. (* see update) The rods are a little stout for delicate things and the compression that happened when putting them on the rod can crack a mushroom for example, but all in all it's a good purchase.I already own several item made by onlyfire and really like their stainless because it cleans easily including just placing in the dishwasher.*Update. After a couple months of use, now indeed the skewers have loosened enough that they do fall off if not secured on that loop side with string.

We grill all the time and needed something that would hookup to our rotisserie attachment on our grill. I saw this and decided it was worth trying. On my first use, I fell in love. It felt flimsy at first with no meat or veggies loaded on the skewers but once I loaded it up it all snapped right together and just made sense. It fitted right up with our Char-Broil branded rotisserie. We did a mix of meats and veggies our first time in an effort to test it but also food prep for the week. This thing was awesome and it makes grilling skewers so much easier. Using it with the rotisserie we had an even cook and everything absorbed that grill flavor so much better. It will grill! All I can say is, I love it!

We like to do squash and onions on the grill, but they are a pain to keep from falling off the kebobs. This solves that problem. This is a little grill basket that you can roll. Things do stick to it, but you can get it off with a quick soak. They are made of stainless steel, so they don't rust terribly. I like this a lot.

I've tried making shish kebabs and they don't always come out well and once they're done, it can be really challenging to get the meat off the tines. Also, turning individual shish kebab skewers is time consuming, awkward and hot. This clever device snaps the skewers in place and twirling it insures even cooking of all the ingredients, which makes it easier to get the food off when it's done. The kebab maker is intended for a rotisserie system which we don't have but it works very well if you place it directly on the grill and rotate it periodically using tongs or grilling gloves. It goes together easily and when taken apart, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Perfectly cooked rilled shrimp anyone?

I like the quality of this stainless steel rotating skewers. This kabob set consists of four 17 1/2” skewers that fit around 2 circular pieces. This set must be screwed onto a center rotisserie rod (not included) otherwise it doesn’t stay stable. There are silicone sleeves that fit onto the pointed ends of the skewers that must be removed before using this set on a grill.

I hate skewers because most of the time the food won't stay in place when you turn it over - or it falls off. This product solves that problem two ways: It has two skewers for each of the four food strings, and it rotates on a standard BBQ spit so you don't need to mess with turning the food.
