The 140ml are perfect for steamed desserts for two people, I have also made individual steamed pudding for my husband as well. They are more compact to store food in the freezer, making food for my grandchildren in smaller portions I find them invaluable.

What a great little company Just Pudding Basins Ltd are. My original parcel disappeared en route (well done Royal Mail) and after a short email from me asking where the basins were, a very friendly Anna was on the telephone straight away apologising that the parcel had not arrived and advising that they would be opening the store especially the next day (Saturday) to send them again. The second shipment arrived very swiftly within a couple of days and were exactly what I wanted.The basins themselves are nice and small, just the right size for individual puddings, with lids that snap on beautifully and don't warp or leak during the steaming process. They are robust enough to withstand oven (or in my case Aga) temperatures but also went through the dishwasher without marking or warping.All in all, despite the short delay which was not down to Just Pudding Basins at all, I would thoroughly recommend this company and product. They bend over backwards to ensure customer satisfaction and are just so friendly to boot.

Great quality, exactly as they appear. The lids fit securely, essential whilst steaming single portion Christmas puds! Would absolutely recommend, though maybe a little expensive at £2 each but as puds are for gifts, worth it!

Great product but very small

and the lid is just right - lets out the steam - they should NOT seal tightly - for us one is perfect for Christmas pud for 2

Got them in both the 1/4pint and 1pint sizes as so useful for colouring buttercream when decorating cakes. Split the buttercream between them, mix a different colour in each, pop on the lids and keep in the fridge until needed. Could not be simpler - no more fussing about with an assortment of too big bowls and the nightmare of cling film. Reckon will find useful for normal cooking too, for prepping all the ingredients in advance.

Good value for money. Just the right size for individual puddings. Excellent customer service, there was a query on my order and the seller contacted me by phone to clarify. Very impressed. Would definitely purchase again.

Don’t normally write reviews but ….. these pudding basins are perfect. Bought them to make individual puds as older members of my family are overwhelmed with large portions & had it in mind to make Christmas puddings in them. Jam sponge & lemon sponge have been tested in these & cooked in my electric steamer - awesome! No more fiddling around with grease proof paper & string as the lids just pop on & off. About to order more of same size. Fabulous Company!
