Product is good and solid but weight is huge and difficult to use for long term

I return this item because of size issue but they did not refund my money and no customer care number to contact with them. Don't purchase ever burst experience

Like the design and comfort

Actually the product is good, what is don't like is size, normally my size is 9 uk, but one of my friends suggested take 1 number small because these have a different type of making, so I took 8uk but it was a too tight also when I replaced it with 9uk it was a little bit big in length and loose, so in this way there is no perfect size option available for me, this also can happen with you all
