Slick Products Heavy-Duty Cleaner & Degreaser (32 oz.)

I got this one for my vehicle cleaning.It was advertised Heavy-Duty Cleaner and degreaser that penetrates and lifts dirt, oil, grease, and tough grime from surfaces. However, the cleaning level is like the normal one I have, not the heavy-duty degreaser as I expected.

Though it does a respectable job of removing grease, it still requires some extra effort to clean. Some grease is still stuck on my car. It's not magical, and it's not the best one on the market.

We used this to clean our very dirty SUV tires and they worked great. Did not need to use much at all. We spray it on and scrub it with a brush and wash off with water. Another excellent use for this product is for cleaning up oil spots on driveways and garages. Put this on, scrub with brush, and wash off with water. Very easy to use. We've only used this on our car and not for cooking applications as we have no idea of ingredients or toxicity, and there is nothing on the label to inform us.

This does a decent job of cleaning up grease, but still requires some elbow grease along the way. It cleans up the fresh/light stuff easily... but the caked on grease doesn't budge. So, if you are looking for a miracle cleaner for all grease jobs, this may disappoint you.

It removes grease and brake dust from dirty rim and tires as advertised but it's not any better than other car cleaning products. It's ready-to-use and the jug isn't very big at 64oz. The fragrance is ok not spectacular. It didn't irritate my skin. Overall for me I can't justify the price of the product.

packaging from the seller is awesome and guaranteed to not leak. I am really not sure where to best use this product - the scent of this is not what i would describe citrus but more like window cleaner. i've tried these on my car tires and they work well, i think. but my tires are black so i am not sure if it really works awesome... it just works. i've tried tried these in the kitchen area and you need to apply and scrub in order for this to lift anything, so it really is no better than any other cleaner.. for the kitchen at least. i have not tried these on car paint.. but i suspect that it will not be very useful for removing tar. overall, this cleaner works if you follow the instructions and know that this is more like a multi-purpose cleaner.

I'm not much of a grease monkey, but I certainly gave this product some miles and a chance to prove itself with my home cleaning business. We often do move-out cleaning, and renters are just not into cleaning cabinets, especially above and around the stove. I tried this on some greasy cabinets that obviously had not been cleaned in years. I followed the instructions and let it sit there for a few minutes. It would usually take at least a couple of applications to get the cabinets clean. I thought that for the price, this degreaser was going to work amazingly. It worked ok. I use a product that I buy at my local membership warehouse for about one-fourth the price, and that works awesome. I gave it 3-stars because it might do wonders on greasy engine parts, but I wouldn't know. I'm not a grease monkey. Would I recommend this product? Not really.

Tried this cleaner on wheels that haven't been cleaned in a while. With a damp rag and a spray of this cleaner, the black dirt/grease on the wheels came right off.
