I use this make tap alot as they are really good quality at a very reasonable price thet give really good water flow and the waste comes with good washers that give a good seal with no leaks

I like the tap and plug. Deducted a star as it’s not as sturdy feeling as the one it replaced. It has to be pushed down in just the right way to avoid dripping, we even tried adjusting the water pressure to see if that helped, but should be fine once used to it.

Seems pretty good considering the price. Will know in a couple of weeks when it is fitted. Item came quickly and well packaged

like the bright and shiny crome and the shape is very pleasant. This tap was so easy to install without losing parts or my temper. will definitely buy again for the other bathroom.

Basin cap gets stuck. Basically only had it installed for couple monthsWaste of money , waste of time avoid

Great product for the price, installation was pretty standard as i was just replacing like for like, the tap itself felt really light weight compared to my existing tap I was replacing. It had flexible hoses which were much longer then my exiting ones so an additional loop was required for installation. The pop waste had to be really tightened from below to ensure it didn't leak. (take note of the seals not same on both sides so has to be fitted the right side up). The instructions were pretty generic and didn't go in to any great detail. Overall pleased with product but I've only had it for a week.

I love the look and feel of this tap, I do not like the plastic fixing nut. Fixing nut is hand tighten only, and as other reviewers have commented, slips as you tighten. With my heavy handed family, this barbie tap will be loose in no time. Unfortunately this product does not work for me. The click clack plug looked good, but it is the wrong type for the sink I have, the sink is only 20mm thick, and the plug has a 25-30mm shank at the top of the thread, plus it's slotted, whereas I required an un-slotted plug - My mistake there, but had to buy another plug to suit my requirements. All in all, hasn't worked for me for a number of reasons. But, conclusion, that plastic fastening nut on the mixer tap is terrible, if that were changed to brass nut or some other nut, this would represent good quality at a great price. I will see if I can find a brass nut at local hardware store before I go buy another replacement tap.
