Review: Good Walker/Transport Chair - Been using this as a walker/transport chair for my wife for more than a year now. It’s very good. The rubberized wheels provide better traction the pure hard plastic wheels. It works well on grassy areas, as long as the grass is not too tall. The only downside is the load distribution is too far forward when used as a transport chair. It tends to tip forward, dumping the passenger, if a raised crack in the pavement or a raised seam/joint in the sidewalk is encountered. It does not have this issue, when used as a walker.

I removed the side foot storage brackets to make it easier to get in and out of the car (they tended to catch on the seats taking the walker in and out from behind the seat or out of the trunk) and now store the foot pads in the front pouch along with the cane and cup holders that most likely will not get used. I recommend it for assisted transport, but might not be the best option for individual use if not strong enough to get the walker in and out of the car.

Been using this as a walker/transport chair for my wife for more than a year now. It’s very good. The rubberized wheels provide better traction the pure hard plastic wheels. It works well on grassy areas, as long as the grass is not too tall. The only downside is the load distribution is too far forward when used as a transport chair. It tends to tip forward, dumping the passenger, if a raised crack in the pavement or a raised seam/joint in the sidewalk is encountered. It does not have this issue, when used as a walker.

I got this wheelchair for my mom after she had gotten hospitalized this wheelchair is very lightweight and I like how diverse it is you can either push or the person can stand and push themselves but I think the most important piece to this wheelchair is how lightweight and durable it is.
