The glasses turned up and the lense wasn’t even in the frame

I ordered these for a work mate, for his birthday, after he said he had lost his other sunglasses. We had both agreed that it is never worth paying too much for shades as we are likely to lose or damage them. At £3.00 these seemed enough to pay for him and turned out, at that price, to be great value.The pilot styled glasses make him look like Tom Cruise if Mr C was a a larger, more fleshy faced, young gentleman, who had lived in Hull all his life and had not chosen healthy eating options. So, yes, they really suit my friend. They even manage to make him look quite cool.He has also said they are a comfortable fit and that he often has difficulty with sunglasses because the bits at the bridge of his nose are often too tight and he thinks one ear is higher than the other so glasses on him often look lopsided. These certainly don't look lopsided and he hasn't had any problem with the bits at the bridge of his nose.He also reports that they seem good in regards of stopping glare from the sun although to be honest there hasn't been much sun apart from the occasional patch near us recently.

So. I bought these because I wanted to look like Tom Cruise.Unfortunately I look nothing like Tom Cruise and no matter how many pairs of sunglasses I wear, I’m never going to look like Tom Cruise…Oh well.However these are very very very nice sunglasses!I really like this particular style, so honestly, I knew before they even arrived that they suit me (alright, big headed, calm down), and I wasn’t disappointed - I really like them, they fit very snuggly onto my face, not too tight/not too loose.I tested them outside on particularly sunny day and they did protect my eyes from the sun…I obviously didn’t look directly into the sun (please do not do that), but yes, they made a difference. The arms feel very comfortable on my ears, they didn’t leave any form of visible marks on my nose…so again, not too tight. They feel well-made. The black lenses are not scratched or marked in any way (also no branded at all on these).They feel very secure, very well built… look pretty cool if I do say so myself…and these are now going to be the sunglasses that I wear going forward (and backwards), so all in all, very happy with these, and I’d thoroughly recommend them for anyone who particularly likes this style of sunglasses and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these to someone who is currently looking to kinda resemble Tom Cruise…

I was perhaps expecting a little more from these, the packaging was a simple see through and extremely thin plasticky bag. They had been packed in a cardboard envelope with another product which was made from metal and which also wasn’t very well packaged, which meant they knocking against each other during transit. The frames were bent out of shape and the arms bowed quite a bit.They are made from an extremely thin bendable metal which makes feel quite flimsy. However once adjusted they do fit quite well, though it took about 20 minutes to finagle them!I would hope that in future they supply a case or if nothing else a much better way for transit. I have now placed them in a spare case and they will be my emergency glasses for the car only.

I suppose you get what you pay for. They weren't packaged safely and are very flimsy

I particularly wanted a lightweight pair of sunglasses which I could use whilst driving my camper van. These fit the bill ideally and at a very cheap price. Yes they are a bit flimsy and don’t come with a case but you can’t really complain at this price. I’m sure I’ve got an old case somewhere.They feel ok when worn and look pretty sharp, even if I do say so myself.Don’t think you can go wrong at the price.

Light weight, with a nose bridge and large lenses. They do reduce glare and are, in fact, rather too dark for me. I think I have a standard sized head but I found them a little tight for comfort. For the price, a basic set of shades.
