The shoe's style was very nice on foot, but it was too small. My all shoes are 9, but this felt like 8. Unfortunately larger size was not available to order.The issue lies with Amazon. I returned the item and completed the return process. However, after a month, I received an email from Amazon, asking me to return the item again; otherwise, they threatened to charge me for the previously returned item. I made numerous attempts to contact them, but none of the agents seemed responsible or willing to help. It took several frustrating calls before I finally found an agent who could shed some light on what had happened.

Puse 4 estrellas debido a que la imagen q ponen del modelo no corresponde, ya que en la imagen q muestra al zapato se le observa las CK y me llegó el modelo q no, verifique la orden q se generó y corresponde a lo que dice la caja, así q supongo q es error de la plataforma, TMB seleccione 23.5 cm que correspondería a 6.5 americano, pero me llegó 6( la orden así se generó), no lo voy a devolver porq apesar de esos errores el zapato me quedo muy bien, es cómodo y el modelo no está feo, así que solo cuando realicen la orden verifiquen con el proveedor q tenga las características q quieren.
