I love this. Makes me feel like a professional photographer. The battery life also is amazing and it last the amount of time needed. I would totally recommend.

Love how easy it is to attach and operate. Much easier to hold and take a photo one-handed and not worry about dropping the phone! The selfie stick is not very sturdy at the joint when setting it an angle. Wish it would lock tighter. I don’t trust it to hold a heavy phone and the grip. Also, there is a delay in the shutter and there could be shutter shake when using it with one hand. The ring light is a nice feature, too, as is the battery pack. Love that I don’t have to use a wired charger while taking photos. All in all, I love it but am using a different selfie stick and tripod.

The quality is amazing and honestly, the price point is great for a content creator. Here are a few of my issues/opinions. If this brand improves these things I may reconsider buying the entire, larger content creator kit on their website later. TRIPOD 1. Why not a selfie stick too? I felt this should have been standard for the price point. 2. ball-head needs to be right under the MagSafe Circle, not down below at the neck of the tripod. The moment I put the entire system together with grip and light... it became too top-heavy with my 12 Pro Max, so it would shift periodically. 3. I use a RODE Me-L boom mic that plugs right into my lightning port of my iPhone 12 Pro Max - the flatness of the MagSafe "circle" of the tripod doesn't allow space for this to get plugged in while also using the tripod. *I did notice on their website they have an even larger content creator kit that also comes with coldshoe mount and boom mic but honestly, I'd like to plug in my own since I do not know if the quality of their boom mic is good. I'm not ready for a wireless mic system yet. I like a very minimalist step-up. I do mostly talking head or vlog style so I don't need to have a mic too far away from me just yet. LIGHT / MIRROR I like the idea, but the mirror part is too small. I ordered another brand that has a mirror much larger with light on the outside too. I need the mirror larger more than I need 4 dim settings. Plus the lowest dim setting was enough for me to use just in my dark kitchen since my iPhone 12 Pro Max adjusts naturally in the dark. GRIP This was probably the best part of the whole kit that I didn't even realize I would enjoy. On a good note, I was able to plug in my boom mic into the lightning port and still have the grip on, you just sort of having to make sure the phone doesn't shift too much or the grip will come off with the boom mic AND you can only have the boom mic facing YOURSELF with the grip on in the horizontal position. Vertical position was great. When taking photos for my Poshmark shop, I did love how easy it was to hold my phone above the product on my kitchen counter, as I am 5'3" so it helped my wrists feel much better when taking back-to-back photos and constantly picking the phone up, putting it down, moving the product, etc over and over again. Certainly felt like a DSLR. But, I didn't "need" another phone charger as I already have 3 brick MagSafe chargers for travel. Overall, the magnetization on the whole system is strong and that's with an iPhone 12 Pro Max with a MagSafe silicon (buttery soft) thin case on my phone. I did return this system b/c in the tripod portion - I needed something with a little more space for my own boom mic and I saw other tripods as a selfie stick on Amazon. I couldn't justify buying this whole kit with how limited their tripod felt and the mirror being so small. If anything, you need to buy the entire kit to get a boom mic elsewhere but I also don't like wires.

The phone is too heavy and it keeps falling. Poorly designed

For me it's a little more of a 4.5 rating. I wish it had a removable shutter button, so when I need to be in the group shot I don't have to take off the camera mount. But the magnetic mount to the tripod is wonderful. I just take the camera shutter with me for group shots.

I’m not a content creator. I bought for my birthday trip. Definitely nice quality. It does charge your phone when it’s on. The instructions are clear. Good grip. The light has 3 modes. I wish there would be more color availability. I’d say order ahead of time if you need it in a certain occasion. Also, their own website has more options of colors and devices than here in amazon.

Not work to be stronger enough for holding it all together... And not work lighting on... Stranger... Lovely colours. Not suited for running hurry the took pics work for them. Worry about the break-in smartphone. For slowing take the pics. I wish this colour and holding clamp in any smartphone more.

Loving this new product! It's small enough to stick in my pocket or backpack, and if I want to take pictures on my phone in a more natural camera way, it 'Snaps' straight on to the phone with magnets and allows me to take 'snaps' really easily (I see what you did there, Shiftcam!). The Snapgrip is really easy to use, it just attaches using Magsafe on my iPhone, no clips, no messing, just magnets. Not sure about what another reviewer said here, the magnet is really strong - although I do have a Magsafe case on my phone so maybe it doesn't work well through other cases? I also have an android phone and attaching the magnetic sticker to the back of that case provides just as strong a connection. Using the Snapgrip is just like using a camera - the grip has a shutter button that I just connect via Bluetooth - then press it to take a picture, or hold it down to take a video. Using it is just as natural as using a camera, and I find it so much easier to shoot images one-handed, because I don't have to try and use a thumb or pinkie to press the on-screen shutter button. Pretty decent powerbank in the unit as well. I know it's not that big (only 3200mAh) so won't fully charge my phone, but if I'm shooting video it means that I get a top up and have enough juice to get me back to my charger. It works (of course) on Magsafe and I was really surprised to see that it worked through the sticker magnet on my Android phone as well. The ring light is excellent, I like the fact that I can have it pointing forwards to light a subject, but I can also flip it back over the top of my phone so I can use it as a selfie light as well - that's really clever. Overall, a really quick and easy to use camera-style addition to my phone. Great design from Shiftcam!

Does what it says on the box

Bought this for my lady for Spain 🇪🇸 trip and she loved it way too much! Kept her phone charged never left her phone the entire trip! It's must buy or a gift for someone who loves vidoes or pictures.
