I have disabilities so I need a soap dispenser that allows me to handle it easily & refill.This ticks all the boxes & is stylish & easy to use. It has a large capacity so I don't have to refill it as often as other dispensers I've had previously.It also has a very smooth press & dispenses the soap in the right amount I need. I like that it doesn't rust or the spout breaks off which have been a problem with others I've had.Beautiful, easy function & easy to clean

Update: customer service was very accommodating and refunded me the product due to the scratches.The product wasn't as high quality as expected from the reviews — visible scratch on the pump part, which is plastic and not ceramic. The body is ceramic but feels very light. I have to go about a full return process now which is a pain.

Bought the dispenser to go in our new bathroom, it looks great. It's modern looking matches the decor. Also value for money. It arrived well wrapped and on time. What more can you ask for?

It’s a nice-looking dispenser and works well with foaming soap. However, after three months, the pump started getting stuck after use, so you have to manually lift it back up to pump again. It’s becoming slightly annoying. Plus, the plastic began to wear down, with brown paint peeling off.

I have two of these foam dispensers and they are fab! Very stylish, heavy and don’t move around. Easy to refill and saves on soap. Love them!

Nice soap dispenser, pleasant to the eyes and hands. I got fed up with the usual plastic soap bottles from supermarkets leaking from the spout during summer. My only complaint was there was a small nodule of ceramic not sanded off properly on the base, so it did not nicely sit flush to the worktop. So it took a small bit of careful DIY with a Stanley knife to sort.

Bought this back in June and had absolutely loved it. However, 3 months in, somehow the pump is incredibly difficult to pump soap out now. We've tried diluting the soap suspension as well as concentrating it to see if it helps, we've adjusted water levels, but nothing works. The pump head doesn't seem to work anymore.
