I’ve been using this mini PC for a couple of months now, and initially, it was everything I hoped for—compact, efficient, and perfect for my everyday needs. But then, out of nowhere, I ran into a frustrating issue where it just wouldn’t boot up properly. I tried troubleshooting everything I could think of, but nothing worked. Feeling desperate, I hopped on Amazon today and reached out to the seller for help. To my surprise, they responded almost immediately and kindly asked me to send the unit back for diagnostics. No hassle, no endless back-and-forth—just straightforward support. Within a week, they had diagnosed the problem on their end and shipped me a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. The new one arrived quickly, and it’s working flawlessly, like nothing ever happened. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly restored my faith in online sellers. After 6 months, I decided to write a review on this Mini PC. I love it. Plain and simple. It does everything that I need it to do with PLENTY of power. I have two monitors hooked up to it, a printer, mouse, microphone, OBSCam, ring light and other peripherals. I use it for gaming on lighter games, but it runs PZ , Rimworld, and smaller FPS games with ease and no lag. It is very durable, as I have traveled with it in my backpack and suitcase and it holds up VERY well. No issues at all. The graphics quality is exceptional for such a small machine. If you're looking for a starter machine for a kiddo, a secondary machine for extra work or gaming or just a replacement for a massive tower, this is it. Couldn't be happier.

It's a good tidy little unit, well built, pretty powerful, silent, cool, and plenty of ports. It lasted 19 months then the NVMe drive failed. Support was hard to get hold of, all done by email with slow turnaround time and the "troubleshooting" steps were kind of a waste of time. I.e the BIOS cannot see the drive so building a PE disk and booting to windows to load partition to also not see the drive is a complete waste of time. So they eventually agreed the drive was busted and offered me a 15% discount to buy a new machine completely. I said no thanks I'd like you fix it or replace it under warranty. They said "its out of warranty". But the product description at the time of purchase, and at the point of failure, and still shown today says 2yr warranty. 19 months is less than 2yrs. So short version is they don't honor the stated warranty.

I bought this PC in June and it died in December . Barely past warranty date. But I submitted a claim with Ace and Agnes was amazingly helpful. She got us a replacement in just a few days. Even kept me updated on delivery status without me having to reach out. To make it even sweeter, the PC we originally ordered was not available so we got an upgrade free of charge. Though the first one did not last very long, I would definitely buy from them again.

My ACEMAGICIAN Kron Mini K1 Mini PC arrived undamaged promptly after ordering. It was well packaged for good protection. The setup was straight forward. Everything loaded as expected. It's very fast and the operating system opens quickly. I don't have many extra apps and software installed. It was more cost effective to buy this than to upgrade my 2nd computer which has Windows 10 installed and isn't upgradable to Windows 11. I currently have it connected to an older 55' Samsung flat panel (not 4K) TV. The AMD Ryzen processor and integrated graphics puts out a stellar picture. So far, after three weeks, I'm very pleased. The product description is accurate. The 5"x5"x1.5" size makes this very compact and it takes up a very small footprint. It does have 6 USB ports for adding peripheral devices. I am currently using the HDMI port for my monitor connection. When setting it up I did have 2 monitors connected, a desktop 1080 P and my Sony Bravia 4K. The pictures again were outstanding. The sound came through my home theater AVR providing excellent audio quality. All in all, this is a well-built computer in a sturdy case. I don't game so I can't speak of the gaming capability. If you plan to connect this to your AVR, it and your monitor must support 4K. So far, I would recommend this product.

Update - Mar 27 2026 It took 30 days and 31 emails, but I finally received a replacement unit. Most of the threads were repeat sends of the same troubleshooting instructions. Once I finally convinced them the unit was dead, they agreed to replace it. The first replacement sent was cancelled during shipment (no longer available). The second replacement, to their credit, was a higher performing unit and has been working as expected once I got it configured. Moving the rating from 1 star to 3 stars as a result. If this unit doesn't die during the warranty period, I'll raise the rating again. --- Original Post - Feb 11 2026 Unit worked fine from the point of purchase in July 2025 until this morning. Won't power up at all. Confirmed power supply is working correctly. Very disappointed in the lack of durability - didn't even make it to the 1-year mark. Have not heard back from their support team, and based on other reviews, not looking hopeful. What good is a warranty if the seller won't stand behind the product they've sold? Happy to be proven wrong and update the review.

I purchased 2 of the Acemagic Kron Mini pc's for a job and both have worked perfectly. Easy setup with no issues. Since then I have purchased 2 others and will keep buying these unit from this vendor. The price is perfect and the build quality is amazing. The speed is where is should be out of the box and it is very quiet. I recommend the unit from this vendor. I rate this mini pc 10 out of 10

Smooth experience straight out of the box. Perfect home office PC. The compact size is a game changer. Adequate ports for various peripherals. Can’t speak to gaming performance but great for heavy home office use.
