Why can’t I return it?** A: This is the case for all cosmetics on Amazon, but if you do the chat with Amazon customer service and let them know it is damaged, they will help you out. **Q: Is this for growing more eyebrow hairs or coloring the eyebrow hair you already have?** A: It is for growing MORE eyebrow hairs... and it has done that more then I ever expected!!! I am almost at the point that I have to trim my eyebrow hairs LOL!!! **Q: I meant to buy grande lash and accidentally received brow, I haven’t opened or used it can I please return and exchange?** A: You should be able to do a return on your Amazon account, at the top..orders/returns. **Q: Will this help with brows that have been tattooed?** A: I am not sure. I guess it depends on what type of tattoo you had done. I had micro blading done about 4-5 years ago and it was a terrible job but it completely faded away and I have suffered with pulling my eyebrows for over 30 years but yet they have grown back several times. I tried the grande eyebrow once last month but there is another one that is a lot cheaper that I like really well and I just purchased my third one in 6 months. It’s called ForChicks eyebrow growth. I really like their products and they seem to work better for me and they are in Amazon. You may also want to try Latisse but you will have to visit a dr or go online and find a dr that will prescribe it. I have used both and had really good results off and on. I had the fullest eyebrows I’d had in a long time last several months ago but stress got to me and I pulled them out so I’m now in the process of growing them again and hopefully they will grow faster as I’m getting married in less than 8 weeks. I’m using the ForChicks eyebrow serum and they are coming back in slowly but surely. I hope this helps.
