Goli Nutritional Supplement, Extra Strength Sleep Gummy 10mg Melatonin - 250 Count - Gluten-Free, Vegan, Non-GMO, and Gelatin-Free

I take 5 mg. of this every night and have set my phone alarm to remind me to take it. If I forget, I remember about two hours into not sleeping and kick myself for not taking it. I have tried, no telling, how many brands but this one is the very best for me. I have violent nightmares with other brands of melatonin but not this one. I have actually had to have knee surgery because of a nightmare (I am not kidding) and I will not give up this one. The taste of the "2 equals 5 mg. one," is great but I do not like the taste of the extra strength. As a matter of fact, I bought the regular, even when I had almost a full bottle of the extra strength left, because I could not handle the taste. I have no side effects except it helps my quality of sleep.

I struggle with sleep. With adhd and an infant my sleep schedule was all over the place and once things settled into a new norm I found my infant sleeping peacefully and I’d still just be up finding it impossible to sleep. Bought these and another brand on a whim and these are perfect. They don’t have that hard sugar on the outside that other brands do. I prefer it without all the added sugar stuff and while the taste isn’t like candy it isn’t awful either and it puts me to sleep in about 30 minutes or so. Since it’s 10mg some nights I can just take one and on nights where I’m feeling more awake or restless I take the two. Very easy to leave on my night stand and just take right before bed. The gummy texture reminds me of Mott’s gummies and they’re small. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do and is a great price so I’ll continue to use them!

I love these gummies! I suffer from insomnia and have tried everything - but these do the trick. I usually chew 2 - they have a dark berry flavor that is very good. I drift off to sleep after about a half an hour. I can only tell you my experience - they may not work for everyone - but the ingredients are natural and I love the way they make me relax.

This is what i been searching for,I take 2 every night and within 10 minutes im asleep and I wake up feeling rested,not groggy like other sleep aids.

I didn't notice any difference in the effectiveness between these and regular strength. The differences i DID see are that they are more expensive, there are less in the bottle, and they taste HORRIBLE. the texture is rubbery.

Terrible! All stuck together. Smaller in size. Horrible taste! Tried to return but no option. Normally buy from a different platform, and have had great luck. First time buying from Amazon and not the same product. Every bottle they are smaller and stuck together.. lesson learned!

Besides every single gummy sticking together into one giant ball, these taste good and take the edge off the help you relax. Just really don't like how they're so sticky together

They work very well to help you sleep, and I don't feel funny the next morning. I wake up refreshed!
