This helped as soon as I put it on. I have been having lower back pain that has almost become intolerable when I make certain movements or get in certain positions. This brace helps keep my back in a position that makes me avoid movements or positions that make it hurt. It's not the most comfortable thing to wear, but it could be a lot worse. The only real issue I have is because I'm short-waisted. The top of the brace comes up way too high on me. I'm going to see if I can find something that won't come up so high and see how that works, but this is still a great product and I will keep it because it does the trick.

I bought the small size and is fits perfectly a person who uses tops size xs-s. Quality of the product is goooood. The padded triangle that has on the inside makes the fit more comfortable and follows the outline of the body.

This belt is very comfortable to wear and it works! I sweat a lot when I use it. Very pleased!

I should have returned it, but decided to keep trying to get used to it. Very bulky and not made for my body at all.
