I like these vitamins

I take vitamin E nightly for years now. It's great for the skin and I feel it helps with aging. I have 2 younger sisters and both have far more wrinkles than I do, lol. I'm going to credit my vitamin and continue taking it.

The whole bottle of gel capsules were one big melted congealed blob. Don't know if they came from manufacturer like that or sat in delivery person's hot truck.

I love the spring valley vitamin E and have been taking it for quite a while. That being said, I hope they address the issues with the bottles. This last order, the pill count of 100 was the same, but the bottle was smaller. This causes the pills to be squished together and they stick that way- no matter what.I'm in my 30's, and I get so angry because it takes me over 10 minutes just to get 1 pill out. The bottle opening is so narrow that I can barely get two fingers in the the container where I have to hold the pills in place with one finger, preventing them from spinning in circles as one mass; while the other finger gently yet firmly scrapes a single pill free. Not even my kids can get the pills free. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had bigger fingers or elderly trying to get a pill everyday. I fill up 3 weeks of pills at a time, and it takes me minutes to do my other pills, but I literally spend nearly an hour just trying to get enough vitamin E pills to fill the containers. I don't know how I'm going to get these things out of the bottle once the pills get too low for my fingers to reach.Please, please, please make the lip of the bottles wider and put an absorber of some sort in the bottles to prevent the pills from sticking together so badly.
