You do have to refer to the manual to set it up, and it is small print. It has lots of options and the user interface (buttons) is not very intuitive at first. Also, if the lights are on in the room it will shut off the projection. This can be a bit confusing at first because you think maybe its not working. It took < 24 hours to sync with the atomic time radio signal. It does shut off the projection (and the display) when syncing with the atomic radio signal. It does this every night at 1, 2, or 3 am to resync. It will stay off for ~ 3-5 minutes while syncing. Not a big deal for me, but maybe for some. You can also turn off the atomic part, set it manually and it won't do that. The outdoor temperature sensor works great! The projection alternates between indoor and outdoor temperatures. Overall, I am happy with it. Its the best one I have found with projection and outdoor temperature. Is it perfect? No.

Setting was rather easy. I got a bit worried when it blacked out, but instructions say it’s expected while it’s searching. Temps were connected very quickly. Kinda surprised with the weather, it’s nailed it. We’d gone from no rain to forecasted rain just a couple of hours before it hit, and the clock had already showed it, then, the storm, sure enough, showed lightning on the display. I’m a weather junky, so this does excite me. The laser doesn’t focus last my last clock did, so I’m kinda stunted on where it’s projected, but still in a good place, and what’s projected toggles between indoor and outdoor temps.

it’s very hard to read the display in daylight & there seems to be no way to adjust the brightness. Other that that this is a nice atomic clock & the projection display is really great at night.

I’ve been using this projection clock for a while now, and overall it performs very well. I placed the remote temperature sensor on the opposite side of my house, and the reception has been consistently strong with no dropouts. The readings update reliably, which is exactly what I needed.The projection itself is clear and easy to read at night, and the adjustable brightness helps keep it from being distracting. The indoor and outdoor temperature readings have been accurate, and the overall setup was straightforward.The one drawback is the atomic clock sync window. Every hour between 2am and 5am, the display briefly turns off while it attempts to sync. Most nights it comes back quickly, but sometimes it can take up to ten minutes. It’s a bit annoying when I happen to wake up during that time, but since it happens overnight, it’s usually not an issue.Aside from that quirk, it’s a reliable and useful clock with strong wireless performance and clear projection.

I bought this to replace an older clock that I've been 'putting up with' for years. This one is better in MANY ways:1. Atomic clock auto sets and it will ignore or observe DST as-per my setting (In AZ, so no DST). My old close was wrong half the year unless I manually set the timezone wrong until DST switched again. This one looks to be good to go!2. The backlighting stays on so you can always ready it. This is SUPER nice as my old clock you had to push the snooze button to read the LCD. This one, it just always displays the time / weather.3. The projector shows time and temp at the same time! The toggle is indoor and outdoor temp.Everything abut this clock is better than my old one and the bang for the buck is good. I wish the projection was a little brighter to be better readable with the lights on and where I have pointed it (which is admittedly about 2x as far as is recommended). Lights out it is fine.

Takes a little time to setup but worth the effort.

Update: Dropped down to one star now that there have been a couple of time changes. The clock does not automatically reset itself after a time change. Additionally, it begins loosing time over the days and about 1 week after you reset it, it is 15 minutes behind. Programing the time seems to be an ongoing thing and is not an easy task.I really like this clock. It projects clearly onto the ceiling with the time and the weather. I didn't think I would enjoy the weather being projected but I do! It alternates between inside and outside temp. The clock itself has several dimming options- you can even turn it completely off (which I do). I love that feature. I took one star off because we had to program the time. It never found the atomic time.

Update: twice now it has synchronized to the wrong time!!! I would wake up in the middle of the night and it would be stuck 2-3 hours ahead. Freaked me out each time because I thought I was late in the morning. The clock has one job and it can’t even do it right!! I’ve had to manually set the clock since I can’t rely on the atomic sync anymore, which defeats one of the reasons why I bought this clock in the first place. Deducting one star.Original review:It’s great except for a few annoying things:1. When it synchronizes, it turns off the projection (why??). It takes at least 7 minutes to finish synchronizing (also why??), so during that period, you won’t see anything displayed.2. It wants to synchronize at least 3 times a night!! So there are multiple times where I’m wondering what the time is but have no idea because it’s synchronizing for 7 minutes. Makes the clock useless to me during those times.3. The red projection light has quite a lot of spillover. So a large area of the ceiling will be red at night. Not a deal breaker, but it’s quite a big area.

Gündüz görülmüyor.LCD Ekranı ise otomatik modda gece kararıp gündüz aydınlanıp ışıkta daha okunabilir oluyor. İstenirse manuel olarak sabit bir aydınlık seviyesinde kullanılabilir. Dış sensörü ise ilk çalıştırmada ana ünite ile iletişim sağlayamadı. Sonra cihazdaki küçük pili ve enerji kablosunu çekip 1-2 dk sonra takınca düzeldi. Karanlık odada uyuyanlara (gündüz-gece) tavsiye ederim.

Works very well! Had a degree of difficulty understanding the instructions and once I understood them, smooth sailing. I like the fact I can charge my Iphone. No issues or concerns

Se non avete mai avuto una sveglia con proiettore.... vi dico solo di provarla. Personalmente non riesco a farne a meno tanto che ne ho comprata una piú compatta quando viaggio.Parliamo di questa in particolare: non solo proietta sul soffitto l'ora, ma anche la temperatura interna ed esterna (comprende un sensore wireless), cosí prima di alzarvi dal letto saprete giá come vestirsi per uscire di casa. Il proiettore non fa ulteriore luce, non illumina la stanza, quindi di notte non da nessun fastidio.Il display della sveglia pure é molto carino, a colori, anche lui con ora, temperatura e umiditá esterna ed interna e un angolo per una previsione meteo (anche se non mi ci affiderei troppo... piuttosto Windy o UAV Forecast). La cosa ottima é che al contrario di tutte le altre che ho avuto, a luminositá minima non disturba il sonno illuminando la stanza.Funziona con un alimentatore ed ha una batteria tampone per non perdere le impostazioni in caso di blackout (ovviamente il proiettore viene spento).Oltre a questo regola automaticamente l'orario ogni notte, quindi di base una volta settata la prima volta potete dormire sogni tranquilli, l'ora sará sempre precisa. Una cosa da notare é che mentre esegue la ricerca dell'orario spegne il proiettore, la retroilluminazione ed i tasti per una manciata di minuti, quindi se di notte da un momento all'altro pare spegnersi per poi riaccendersi poco dopo, é normale.Overall, 10 su 10. Bellissima
