Namaste Foods Gluten Free Ginger Molasses Cookie Mix, 11.5 oz., Pack of 6

I love these gluten free ginger cookies. They are very flavorful and not too sweet.

I mixed 1/4 Crisco shortening and 1/3 cup fresh brewed vanilla coffee with each box, one at a time. Our machine fresh grinds beans and brews 1/3 cup at a time so each was the same boiling temp. Love that 5 boxes turned out fat, pale color lobsters that will be awesome with red/orange icing glaze, but don't understand why 6th box came out dark, chewy, hard crispy GF gross and look like Krampus lol The ligher ones taste really yummy. Baked all at 350 for 12 minutes. All were very easy to roll out and use cutter with minimal flour. I rolled them all out at the same thickness.

The mix is so easy to make. All you need is oil and warm water and you get these delish cookies. I like to make them a bit smaller and I’m lucky if they last for 24 hours. My family loves them too.

This mix has everything other mix recipes do not compare. I bought a case and am delighted how fresh tasting and easy to prepare- At 64, I know from forever what real quality is- buy a case. Great for gifting!

We use a number of Namaste mixes and love the ingredients and the finished product. These cookies were soft and chewy and very dark with molasses. Will definitely purchase again.

One box slightly damaged - five missing.

Just add oil & water. Good flavor & texture.
