Great product for the quoted price
Writing this review after 2 months of usage.Deliver of the sofa was done just within a week of placing the order. The delivery person did not backout when we had difficulty getting the sofa inside the main door. Thanks for smooth delivery!Quality wise, the sofa is great for the price they quote. I guess it is the best product in this price range!Finally, happy with the product!

Extremely poor quality and customer experience
Received a defective product after waiting for more than a week. They did not replace the defective products but instead offered to repair it. A new repaired product is what I get after spending huge money. Again I am asked to wait for 15 days for repair. Never buy from Wakefit, better purchase at a local furniture store after seeing the quality.

I love this sofa. As name says Napper plus, It is so comfortable. Great finishing in the product. I have visited wakefit store before buying and design/comfort/size/color/fabric are same as wakefit store.Delivery on time.

Worst service by Amazon and Wakefit
Worst service by Amazon and Wakefit, ordered 2 times but they are not capable to deliver the product. Just wasted 2 months in this, no responsibility by both of them.
