Excellent - Saved me from throwing out $150 in Ryobi batteries
Two years ago we bought 2 Ryobi fans with a 18v 2A battery each and a twin pack of 18v 4A batteries. All worked great for a trip but then we let the batteries sit for a year. Last week, all 4 Ryobi batteries refused to charge - flashing red/green LEDs. We tried every hack on Reddit and YouTube to fix the "too far depleted" batteries, and nothing worked. I was ready to throw out the batteries but thought this charger at $20 was worth a shot. We were thrilled when this charger immediately began to charge ALL the supposedly dead/faulty batteries. 2 are now fully charged (a 2A and a 4A), with two to go. So much for Ryobi "quality" - there charger worked one season and died. Best $20 we've spent in some time.

Good product
My wife and I went to a garage sale and we found a Ryobi drill & other Ryobi items, the only thing missing was the charging unit, the gentleman just wanted the things gone it was late on a Sunday and he wanted to close up, we bought this charger for the equipment that we got at the garage sale, the items were about 4 months old when he had lost the charger, he didn't want to deal with it any longer, the charging unit we purchased works great never a problem I've used it about five times and I would definitely purchase again.

Don’t Buy This
Don’t buy this. I tried to save money but this piece of garbage doesn’t work properly. The oem ryobi batteries fit too tightly and can’t be removed even by a strong guy like me. They get stuck so tightly that I have to use a knife blade to slowly pry them out. Also it doesn’t even really charge the batteries either. Total waste of money !
