Disappointed in condition shipped

First time ever disappointed in the way I received something! The box was ripped up and scratches on the shoe. This was placed in the box in this condition because the outside box was fine. Not even an attempt at taping it just put it in. The shoes are okay, but cheaper looking and don't think they'll last long.
