Calligraphy Lip Stain Long-Lasting Tint, Moisturizing, Transfer-Proof, Lightweight, Sheer Buildable Color, Fades to a Natural Wash of Colors

I love this product. I have mature lips and i can control the natural color bleeding that happens with older lips. It stays and it is a lot less drying than other stains I've had. It is awesome but you have to keep your lips exfoliated and moisturized in order to go on evenly. I wear chapstick over mine. The color is slightly brighter than the swatches although it does fade in a little bit (I have four and this applies to all). The stain is a little shocking at first until it dries but it really is a pretty look. I just ordered the lightest color to see what its like since it looks like nothing and i will review it. I paid a lot for Kat V stain and this is way easier to use and less drying.

love this color and always have it in my bag when I’m on the go! The texture is really nice and it’s kind of like a marker, no strong fragrance and it’s really easy to use! The staining is really nice and lasts a while good quality!

I was really excited to use this product after its release. The applicator was easy to use and the shape made filling and defining my lips simple. The color was a perfect neutral bold red (not too pink in undertones) and the application of the stain was even. The stain does not have a weird taste or burning sensation like some stains do. Unfortunately, this formula has zero staying power and does not last at all. I even tried exfoliating and giving it about twenty minutes of dry-down time. It will not stay on my lips.

When I apply it, it’s really bright colored but then it wears off after a short amount of time. And it dries my lips out. Maybe I chose the wrong color for me, but because it wears off and dries out my lips, I won’t buy it again. Would love to find a lip stain that lasts longer

I bought the shade Susan. It looks like vibrant magenta but when applied it looks more like a dark rose color. I like the color. Its easy to use and I really love the concept of how they made the pen so its easy to line your lips and fill them in. My lips are naturally wrinkly and dry so unfortunately the lip stain grabitated to every crevice. This is noticable in certain spots because it causes the color to be uneven. I dont consider myself to have mature skin, (Im 38) but the stain feathered at my lip line and I'm not sure how to stop it from doing that since the product is so liquidy. It's almost like using an alcohol based marker. I like this product but dont know if I'll buy more.

I will be so sad if they ever discontinue this lip stain because it is truly the best. You MUST ensure your lips are not chapped though or it goes on very unevenly. I just exfoliate my lips with one of the pre self tanner exfoliation gloves before applying mine to ensure it goes on smoothly. I am 33 and I have thin lips, but this actually makes it look like I have SOMETHING and is better than 4 other lip stains I’ve tried. When I store it, I store it upside down like as if I was about to use it as a writing instrument to keep the pigment at the tip. This makes it last so much longer!

Buy Wonderskin for a better product at the same price point. I bought Rosa, shown as a plum. It’s an orangey brick reddish color. The color payoff is awful (I exfoliated my lips first for the best possible chance given). It’s blotchy even with a second coat. It doesn’t last long m, and they’ve got nerve saying it’s moisturizing. I expected better from Stila. I will be returning this.

Fabulous stay on lip line. Nice precision tip

Came quickly. Packaged in a sealed plastic. Colour is really pretty, bright and fresh for spring/summer. The stain goes on easily. And remained on all day. Does not bleed, wipe off or get on teeth. I wore a gloss on top for shine. I will be buying other colours.

Love this product goes on well and last all day

This is a GREAT matt lip stain that lasts for hours and doesn't bleed. However, the colour choices are woefully inadequate and the colour I chose online was waaaay pinker than I wanted, so it it sadly returned. Stila, please come up with some less disco colours!

Omg this colour is stunning it stays on so nicely and the wear off isn’t weird an patchy. I love the thinness of the edge, helps fill in the feathering of the edges of my lips that has happens with age. A bit of what ever you want on top and stunning.
