Quick & easy to use, good item
it is fairly expensive for what it is even buying on a low price deal but it does do a great job, quick & easy to use, great for clearing condensated glass which our windows seem to get alot of, also having a dog who looks out the window whilst seeing how much slimey slobber he can get on the windows is now just a matter of a quick clean, would reccomend this but look ouut for when it is on offer & save a bit. Have not bothered buying the karcher window detergent as seems quite expensive for what it is, loads of cheaper alternatives out there This does get quite a lot of use & windows do get cleaned more regularly now as so quick & simple to use, it is not much use on inside of car windscreens though.

Wonderful Window Washer
This Karcher Window Vac has a built-in battery but it is sufficiently lightweight to hold comfortably and to operate with one hand. The device’s cleaning head is 25cm wide and it sucks up water and cleaning concentrate into a waste reservoir of 100ml, which is more than enough if the cleaning fluid is restricted. This limit is also best for leaving windows dry, streak-free and shiny.A charging cable and UK 13amp plug is provided. Charging time is about 1½ - 2 hours and this gives about 20-25 minutes operation. This is quite sufficient for everyday tasks which in addition to windows include cleaning patio doors, tiles, mirrors etc. The waste water reservoir itself is easy to fix and to remove for discharge, and cleaning of the rubber head blade is also straightforward. The Karcher Window Vac is a wonderful window washer giving a 5-star performance on many surfaces.

Nightmare window cleaner now fired!
We recently moved into a newbuild house, meaning a window cleaner pounced right on us and did a terrible job of the windows, leaving watermarks and charging too much.So I decided to take it upon myself and clean the windows myself. I was very sceptical about this but oh my god, it's quite possibly the best £40 purchase I've ever made. The results are fantastic from such a hassle free way to do a 'chore'. It's so simple to set up. I gave it a try on one of the windows and I was shocked of how good the results were, I ended up spending an hour doing all the windows, glass and mirrors around the house. The small 20ml detergent works wonders, and smells good too.The battery seems very reasonable, charged it fully on arrival and managed an hours cleaning and still seemed pretty charged. The one thing I would say to do is just give the rubber blades a wipe after ever window, as sometimes a bit of dust or something can lead to leaving a streak. All in all, what an amazing product which I cannot recommend enough, thank you Karcher!

It sucks, but doesn't suck ...
Firstly, when I opened the box it came in, I thought that it looked a little cheap. And, to be fair, it initially felt like that too. Being uncharitably, you could say you're just paying for the name, and while that may be true (purchased for £39 at time of writing), it's whether or the thing works that's the important thing. On this front, I'm happy to say that it did. Products like this can easily be seen as a fad; a nice idea, but, in practice, are useless. But, the Kärcher Window vac works really well.I got it mainly to deal with some condensation in a conservatory, but it's main purpose is for window *cleaning*. Either way, I was pretty impressed. When I turned it on, I expected it to sound a little beefier, but still, it has plenty of draw for the amount of moisture it needs to remove. It has an internal battery, which gives a decent amount of use before it'll need a recharge. And here would be my only *slight* gripe; that it has it's own propriety lead (see photo). While this isn't the end of the world, it's just a little pain to have to keep an eye on a particular lead for a general use item. It feels/looks like the sort of lead that will, all too easily, find its way into a random drawer, only to be lost or misplaced.Okay, an extreme example, but I imagined that a generic USB option would be useful.Regardless though, The Kärcher Window Vac is, in my opinion, well worth it. Perhaps not at nearly £40 for just the unit only, with no accessories, but if you can get on on offer or bundled with replacement blades or cleaning fluid, I say that it's a fine item.Recommended.

Decent item, as long as you get the v1 model
Originally ordered the v2 version, and that instantly failed. Loads of reviews of a blinking light meaning it doesn't charge or even switch on. Wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before I ordered - foolishly thought the more power and lighter weight would be a better buy, but it was a pile of junk.Once I returned that one, I then ordered the original v1 and that has so far been super reliable.Relatively easy to use, just go slow and make sure the blade is flat on the surface and it works a treat. Going too fast will result in streaks but that's technique, not the fault of the machine.Overall, very impressed and makes getting rid of morning condensation, as well as shower screens a much quicker and easier job.

Amazing!
I don't why I didn't buy one of these years ago! It is amazing. We've suffered for years with trying to dry soggy wet towels that we've had to mop up condensation with in the the cold weather and also every day after showering, the wall tiles have to be wiped down to lessen the growth of that horrid black mould. But no more! This wonderful little machine has put an end to all that. It's so easy to use and makes your windows, mirrors etc. come up clear and clean. Don't let it fill over the max line or it may just spill if tipped up, but other than that it is something anyone who suffers with condensation or just wants to keep their shower area clear, should have. Buy one today, you won't regret it.

Great for window cleaning
Great product for window cleaning. Makes the job quick but remember it leaves lines and marks of the vaccum so the manual process remains

Wonderful product
Amazing and must have product for cleaning glass or any other surface. The best part is that it saves lot of time and can be used primarily in bathroom, kitchen and multiple other places. To avoid steaks, I use lesser liquid soap.

Window cleaner rechargeable
Works quite well. Used it twice so far. Need to spray a lot to avoid streaking. Overall good as it helps to reduce effort. The on / off switch is a bit quirky and could have been sturdier.

Good product
It's a good built product but leaves streaks on the window . So basically this is good for something really dirty windows does its job easily but after that you'll have to clean the streak of line let behind . That's it . I likes it just because of extra work cleaning the streaks I gave 3 stars
