You don't have to be pregnant to love this pillow (however, I wish I had one when I was pregnant).I bought this pillow because I have back and neck problems and I often wake up feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and have a lot of pain in the mornings. I also have nerve damage from multiple upper body injuries and I often have a very hard time getting to sleep/finding a comfortable position due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms. My husband suggested a body pillow to help relieve pressure points and after a month of researching various products I finally decided on the Pharmedoc full sized body pillow.I purchased the Jumbo Gray U-Shape pillow (not detachable) and it arrived yesterday. I opened the vacuum packed pillow and allowed it to expand and rest for several hours before trying it out. I slept on it last night and got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I got comfortable quickly, fell asleep quickly, slept all the way through the night without tossing and turning, and I woke this morning without any soreness, stiffness or pain. Absolutely amazing!!Obviously I haven't used this product much yet, but here is my pro/con list so far. Mostly pros. The cons are honestly more preferences rather than true problems with the product.Pros:-Size is perfect for me (I am 5' tall and weigh 132 lbs) and seems to be versatile as my husband and daughter have both laid on it and like the size as well.-Soft, comfortable fabric, not too hot either.-Washable cover.-Versatile positioning - I am a side sleeper, but also spent some time lounging on my back on this pillow before bed and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep while on my back. It can also be positioned so that you can sit with it wrapped around you, kind of like a bean bag chair. You need something like a wall or couch arm behind you to prop up on, but very, very comfortable for sitting/lounging in bed (which I am very fond of doing in the evening).-Stuffing can be accessed by removing the cover and unzipping the internal pillow which would allow the stuffing to be changed, added to, or reduced.Cons:-I think I might have liked the detachable pillow a little more because it has a built in space for your arm when sleeping on your side and you have a little more control over the size of the detachable pillow.-My husband and I share a queen size bed and the jumbo sized pillow does crowd his side of the bed a little bit (however, this is no fault of the manufacturer, I knew the measurements when I bought it).-I am not sure how well the stuffing will hold up in the long run, it feels like it may breakdown over time. I may consider replacing the stuffing with shredded memory foam at some point in the future.

This pillow is AMAZING! I love the c shape it allow me to really cuddle in there really well. I am only a few months pregnant but this has been awesome just for regular sleep and relaxing. Feels like a nest :) it really puffs up after the two days but even out of the box was nice. I feel this is probably one of the best pillows like this on Amazon. Thank you!!

I've tried almost every neck support pillow Amazon offers with no relief or comfort. At my husband's suggestion he said to try this body pillow. The first night I had it was the most amazing nights sleep. It like getting a hug while your sleeping. It does take a few hours to puff up from packaging but otherwise a great choice

I sleep better and comfortable. Memory foam fits body perfectly. it’s a sleek texture pillow but sturdiness . Well worth the value of money spent. Love that it’s washable. Best in a king size bed if you sleep with your spouse. Takes up bed space.

LIFESAVER! as a chronic stomach sleeper this pillow has saved my lower back and hips. The design is great and i love that i can unzip and use the pieces separately. Its not super firm, however provides enough support to ease the pain I was experiencing.

So I wanna start this off by saying I have purchased not 1 but 2 of theses pillows. I purchased the grey cooling pillow and the sage green one is the most recent. I also want say I suffer with severe back pain.So let's get to the break down.The grey cooling pillow.* The pillow come apart for more unique fitting*the sections of the pillow are much wider*very supportive*very hypoallergenic*the thin t-shirt material really is coolingCons...*with time comes the regular wear and tear. But it also seems to come with irregularities. Broken zipper, not enough fluff, holes, tears.(All can be fixed with a simple needle and thread but quality points deducted)*the insert after a while falls apart. And is impossible to sew back as it's thin cheap lining material*it's not very think in terms of stuffing while it is wider than the green arms it's not as fluffyNow on to the green my most recent purchase. On first opening it was of...*better quality (no rips tears holes or broken pieces)*nice and packed full of stuffing*very luxurious looking*and had the same cooling effect.However. I also noticed. While they are the same size in general the green one.*doesn't have the unique piece for more unique fitting.(which doesn't matter to me I never took mine off)*it's sections are much thinner. (Whiles is chocked full of stuffing. It's arms are thin and lanky and even with casual use I don't believe they would flat out that much as the case is made smaller.)Now laying with both I definitely like the wider arms to me it was much more supportive bc I didn't have to fight the placement. The green one I felt I had to tuck into every nook and craney just to get it to stay where I wanted it. (Now this can change with use but it's so thick idk if it would change much honestly) now not having to fix a pillow was nice for a change it was open and ready to use in 24 hours trust me ladies. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG. It's utterly ridiculous the pillow will end up looking the same in 2 years when u should by a replacement any ways. The cooling effect on the green one since it was much newer seems to work alot better and I hope it's something they carry over to their other pillows. Overall they are wonderful pillows but personally i loved the grey one better than the newer ones just bc they had wider arms it was a lovely pillow and that tightly packed pillow that laid flat provided me with 2 years of somewhat relaxing sleep. While the pain never stopped it was easier with the help of this pillow.

I wasn’t as happy with the first one I got (a cooling one) but sent it back and got the jumbo and am now very happy and comfortable. It’s actually just a little too big for me (I’m not a big person though) but I can move parts closer to me and make it fit just fine. Very happy with my purchase. It’s firm enough for support but soft enough to not make my neck hurt.

I can quit using 5 pillows and just use this one! So much comfort and support!
