Whatever size you normally wear, go for the lesser. So I am a 2x/3x I went for the xxl and it was perfect. So if you’re a m/l go for medium. s/m go for small. I would only buy one at first and see how it fits and then if you order more you’ll know from there. I will say the black fits a little tighter and is more sheer. The gray ones are stretchier and bigger. The colorful ones are usually just right, on the tighter side but not sheer compared to the black ones when squatting. Hope this helps!
