Good for tempo
It's good for swing tempo, but the shaft is a little too soft for me. Can still hit balls with it.

This item helps me figure out how to effectively release my irons
After a few tries I was able to hit the ball straight with this club. It forced me hit the ball with good tempo and release the club nicely. The great thing is I can finally translate the feel of hitting this club to my real irons and compress the ball solidly, generating huhsiew sounds! I gain about 10 meters on my irons!
