Right out of the package, the quality is apparent. The material is durable and well-stitched, and the inflation system is smartly designed for quick deployment without fuss—even with gloves on. The oral and inflator valve options make it versatile in any situation, and the over-pressure valve works exactly as it should. What really makes this SMB stand out is how compact it rolls up, taking up minimal space in a BCD pocket or clipped to a D-ring. Yet when deployed, it’s highly visible—even in choppy conditions—which is exactly what you want for safety and signaling. I’ve launched this from depth and at the surface, and in both cases it deployed smoothly and stayed upright without issue. Whether you're a recreational diver or pushing into more technical territory, this is a piece of kit you can rely on. Highly recommend—five stars for design, reliability, and execution. Great DSMB! Wraps up small, having an integrated spool makes deployment so much easier.
