7 of the best R C workouts
Let me start with the obvious yes this dvd is extremely dated...certain workouts must be at least from 20 years ago so maybe it is not ideal for modern trendy people. Some of the songs made me cringe and don't get me started about those leotards. But it works and in my case this is what is important. And having been using it for over two months I am still not bored and look forward every day to do the corresponding workout. My thighs are visibly trimmer and my tummy is so flat. I had some horrible fat pockets on each side of my back and I was happy to observe that one of them has disappeared and the other is getting there. I find it extremely convenient that each workout lasts about 20 minutes because I can fit exercising with ease in my day. Moreover it is ideal for summer as exercising becomes unbearale when its very hot but these workouts were ideal as like I said they don't last long and are not too strenous. Of course a very fit person will find them too easy perhaps though each workout features different people working out at different levels. I really really recommend this DVD to anyone who is willing to exercise, even for the first time, but is somewhat overweight and is not looking for a strenous workout. Try it and you will see results even if the next day you don't wake up aching all over and begging not to get out of bed.

Good workouts but familiar
This product only loses a star for being a remix of other versions. If you already have the box set, with Fat attack, etc., you might feel a touch of deja vu. That said, this is perfect as every workout is equal in length (20 mins) and sees you through the entire week. I have always valued Rosemary Conley more than others because she usually gives you a choice of levels, so beginners can benefit from the easy version and build up to join the people doing the more challenging version. Stick at it and it works.

Inches lost - not interest!
Okay so I've only followed the DVD for just over a week but already I've lost an inch here and there (hooray!) but I'm not bored with it. I love the idea of something different every day PLUS the fact that it's on DVD is brilliant - there's no forwarding and rewinding to do. Each session is around 20 - 25 mins long.There's also a couple of success stories which gives you motivation and advice on how to eat healthier.There's just one thing though, it doesn't really explain when you're supposed to do the 'Circuit Training' section since you're already exercising 7 Days a week but apart from that it's "Well Done, Rosemary Conley"

Standard workout
This provides 6 excellent do-able workouts, and 1 chair one, and at around 20 minutes each are perfect for a week day one when pushed for time. The exercises are reliable standard stuff, which work, and as with all Rosemary C. routines are easy to follow and can be done at your own level. Not really designed for the young and trendy among you, a bit old fashioned, but as I say very good anyway.

Fantastic
This DVD I thought would focus on Coleen Nolan which would have been great but actually it is focused on Rosemary which is even better, if you are trying to get toned and semi fit this really is one of the best, I have major back issues and all of her DVD's offer strengthening exercises so those who have issues which allow you to do exercise I would highly recommend this DVD together with the Ultimate Workout with Rosemary, you can do all which takes an hour or in steps of 7 min sections or repeat certain sections, excellent try, try, try.

Great DVD
Bought this after reading all the good reviews it had received. Have to say I'm not disappointed, its great to be able to do just 20 minutes of exercise in the morning and then get on with my day. I would consider myself fairly unfit but the routines are easy enough to do and as others have mentioned you can put in whatever amount of effort is right for you.With regard to the seller I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I ordered the DVD one day and it arrived the next, very happy with that service!

Perfect for a quick routine
This is my go-to to get a quick bt of exercise in to start my day in case I can't be bothered later. Longest routine is 23 mins, and there's some toning ones as well. All involve warm up and cool down, so there's no messing about, just pick your routine and go with it. As always there's someone doing an easy option, someone really energetic and a few in the middle - just follow what suits.

Less strenuous exercise for less mobile
The exercises on the Rosemary Conley 7 day slim down dvd is varied and not too strenuous for someone like myself who is partially disabled and over 60. I would recommend this dvd for something fun but not too energetic.
