This replacement canopy was a saving grace for one who was ready to toss out a whole gazebo. Frame and all. I have tried for YEARS to find a replacement or a fix to the rooftop of our gazebo we bought from Sears several years ago. Our roof had been damaged from hail, and to say it was an eye sore, is an understatement. I even tried to commission a local carpenter to place tin just to save our investment. In the end, it would have been cheaper to replace the entire set up... until I found this! It fits perfectly, all seams lined up with existing brackets, it was a very easy install with the help of a step ladder. It is NOT waterproof, but it does not claim to be. However I have conditioned it with a fabric protector before install to help assist with the rain. 5 stars over and over. Buying another canopy to have on hand. To the seller: PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE this item! I am sure there were many others like me who searched and searched for this fix. For well under $200, I can finally enjoy my backyard oasis again!

It's a nice top. Easy to put up. I have very high winds in spring and holds up well. I also install tacking with brass screws and washers into the gazebo frame. The skirt hides my handy work nicely. On the other hand with two people and a couple of step stools it's easy to take down and put back up....if high winds are in the forecast. "High winds in my eyes is 40 mph with gusts over 50."

Upon installation of the canopy, there are visible sewing holes near seams and reinforcements that will no doubt give way to weathering prematurely.

Thank to the customer who attached pictures of her gazebo with the cover (I have same gazebo) I purchased the cover for my gazebo. Installation easy, however the hooks and velcro attached to the cover cannot be used to mount it to the gazebo's structure, but it's easy to use whatever available on the cover and create alternative mounting. I used zip ties and short bungee cords and the cover is attached firmly. I didn't remove panels which are in one piece remaining in the gazebo for extra protection. The cover is already tested for water proof. After installation I had heavy rain next day and water didn't go through in places where the plastic panels are missing. I purchased another cover as spare when this one will get ripped off after some time. I think it's great alternative as plastic panels are discontinued (I called Sears and some other internet store with gazebo replacement parts) and it's much cheaper. Even if the panels would be still available for replacement, you can buy 3 these covers for the price of set of the panels. If the cover will last for couple of seasons it'll be much longer when having 3 covers than one set the panels. We can officially open the season :) Cheers

We had our gazebo hard roof ruined in a hail storm. Rather than replace it with another one that would break, we opted to purchase this instead. It fits great and we love it! Yes, we had to make a minor adjustment in order to strap it down at two points, but so far we are happy to have found this. Looks great and it won't be hail damaged.

I purchased this 10x12 gazebo top to replace a worn out top. This is the 2nd time I purchased this canopy. I installed this on 4/21/23 and it rained the following day. I had water leaking through the seams on the roof and ran down the sides all over the furniture. This product is poor quality. I emailed the company and was told that I could not get a replacement because it was mainly for shade.. While it may not be waterproof it should not leak through the seams like it did. Definitely stay away from this product because they do not stand behind its quality.

This cover fits really well and was easy to install. Didn't rate on durability and sturdiness as it is too early in the season to determine this.
