I bought it in April 2024, writing this review today March 2026. I am highly satisfied with this product and with my decision that I bought it. It is working perfectly even today without any service in past 2 years. The quality of water is very good. You can taste copper filtration in water. Much better than mineral water in packed drinking bottles. (Service was not required for 2 years is because the TDS value of the water in our area is already good. It may not be the same for you.) I had no problems with any parts of the purifier. Additionally, I have measured the tank and it actually is a 12 l tank.

The product is very good and water quality after filter is great. Great technicians who come to install, very polite and knowledgeable. I have purchased it again for my family after I purchased it for myself in another city. Very reasonable priced and great quality of machine. Compact in size and can be installed in a little space also. The support provided during installation and delivery was great. They call you themselves and install it.

Product was delivered a day before scheduled date. Local installation person attended on time and installed in a jiffy. Quality of filters seems to be good one among them is transparent with granules tightly packed. Taste of water is as part with so called premium branded ones. If the company can improve the quality of plastic The main reason why I purchased this RO system is I have been using ROs of so called top brands from past 20 years, those companies charged heavily for the maintenance. Now even their service personnel are charging heavily and not giving proper service intact they are sabotaging the units by giving wrong pipe connections and substituting with non genuine spares. Insted of me repeatedly escalating the issue to customer care no action was taken. Hence I purchased Aquadpure system. The product worked very well for 5 months. Initially I gave 5 star rating. After 5 months I got problem with power adapter, as the company relies on third party service technicians. The service technician changed the power adapter for cost. Later again the motor and float switch failed. Now the customer care personal are telling to ship then the faulty parts and they will ship me the new/referbed one but I have to bear the shipping charges. In all this process we waste money and time. How can one live without drinking water? If we have to make alternative arrangements for drinking water, then why should we go for such kind of RO system. I strongly recommend no to buy this substandard product.

Disappointed with Product Quality – Unexpected Issues Within a Year I’ve been using water purifiers for the past 15 years, mostly from other brands, and I’ve never faced such issues before. Unfortunately, within just a year of using this purifier, it has started leaking—clearly a sign of poor build quality. I’ve attached a picture so you can see the condition for yourself. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a disappointing issue so early in a product’s lifecycle. I expected better durability and reliability. Hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works on improving product quality.
