Hatchimals 6034164 "Colleggtibles with Nest" Playset (Pack of 2)

Well atleast I did not pay enormous amount, but I kind of don't understand the craze little ones have for these. The little toys were almost like the ones that you find in kinder eggs ( slightly bigger). And not to forget the whole experience of hatching the eggs with warm hands. Kids have warm hands so while they manage to hatch it, its still hard for the little ones to break it open. So by the time the adults touch it with their cold hands it turns purple back again. It was kind of funny. So I had to use my blanket to pop it open as my hands were always cold. But are these toys any different otherwise, honestly NO. they just lie there like all other small toys. Will I buy again, No. Just bought it to give her the hatching experience. but will not again as I doubt she plays with these toys otherwise.

Well what can I say, personally I don't see the attraction but my kids (7 and 4) love Hatchimal colleggtibles, as do their friends. They like ticking off the list which ones they have got so far. I've marked it down a star because £5 does seem like a lot to spend on 2 little plastic figures. Worth noting that my 4 year old finds them hard to open.

My son loves little toys like this so colleggtibles have been a great purchase for us. It’s fun to hatch a surprise colleggtible and play value is still there once it’s hatched. Play and collect them all. Rub the heart till it changes colour then put your finger through the top of the egg, remove the top shell to reveal what’s inside! Then you can keep the bottom shell as a little nest. Covers a wide age range and suitable for both boys and girls. Colourful and bright, great detail and solid little toys. This pack comes with a pink nest

I hate these. They are expensive for what they are and not to be found anywhere! My lo has so many doublers too which is frustrating as they arent stocked in stores much to pick the colours you still need a lot of. My daughter did spend hours playing with them though and loved the hatching part .. the first dozen times at least!

Hatchimals was on Granddaughters Christmas list and I wasnt prepared to pay an extortionate amount fo one of the large ones so bought this instead. She loved it all for the 5 minutes that it took to "hatch" and then forgot about it never to be played with again so I'm glad I didnt get the big one!

These were great. Very good quality and my daughter loved making them hatch. And so much cheaper than the full sized ones. She loved finding the animal inside. They were fun to hatch although one hatched easier than another. I had to keep one under my arm to try keep it warm to get it hatch ready

Wow, how small are this Hatchimal Colleggtibles.... Looking at the picture i thought they were quite big but they are very small for the price. Saying that i am sure Tigger junior will love them as her stocking filler. They are colourful and hope the animal is the Tigger is requiring.

Daughter loves them, but can be hard to warm up and break the shell, she needed some help.
