In order for this product to work, you need to use shrink wrap plastic so your meat does not stick to a mold itself. Line the bottom with plastic, spread your ground meat, press in you 1” wide skewer, put another layer of plastic to cover the meat and then press the top part.That’s it, you will have a beautiful Persian style kubideh kebob skewer ready to be cooked on grill.

We tried using this a few times and unfortunately it didn’t work. We were very disappointed as we were hoping to make kabobs but the meat stuck to the maker instead of the skewers. Would return but I’d rather not deal with the hassle of returning

It doesn't press the meat at all. Not worth it. Use your hands.

Not good

I was really hoping this would work but, unfortunately, it is a waste of time and money. The meat sticks to the surfaces and falls apart when trying to extract the pressed skewer out of it. I tried lubricating it and the meat with water and tried spraying it with oil but nothing seemed to help. Also, the top material is too soft and flexes so you have to press it all along the length to form a shape.
