Instant Filtered hot water is very useful TDS started ~20 & went up to ~50 after ~6 months. A replacement filter returned it to ~15 & rose to ~38 after 11 months. Another issue was E06/E05 errors ~ 20 months in. I contacted Water drop & they agreed to ship a replacement if I paid £90. The replacement came with a new filter so was les than a filter for a new machine. whilst I was miffed at paying £90 the prospect of paying less than a new filter around the time it was due to replaced & getting a new machine made sense. Didn't take long to swap the old for the new. Review: Outstanding after-sales support, even after the warranty had expired. - We originally purchased the Waterdrop K6 in March 2024. After more than two years of use, the unit unexpectedly developed E06 and E05 error codes and the hot water function stopped working. Although the warranty had already expired, we contacted Waterdrop hoping they could at least help diagnose the problem. I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. Becky and the support team replied promptly, patiently reviewed the photos and videos we provided, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel like we were simply out of warranty and on our own. They eventually offered a very reasonable replacement programme and sent us a brand-new K6 unit complete with new filters and a new one-year warranty. The replacement arrived quickly, installation was straightforward, and the new unit has been working perfectly. Excellent communication, professional support and a solution that exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to receive this level of after-sales service nowadays, and it has given us much greater confidence in the Waterdrop brand.
