I have owned the waste can used by this product since before the refill liners were environmentally friendly. The old refills were plastic and durable. This product is on auto-delivery for two reasons; 1) because of the frequency of us and 2) they are dependable, The bags seem thin, but are very strong and they have not failed when they are full with a heavy load. I always keep a supply on hand.

These new bags with the biodegradable top are horrible! The cutter does not cut them and they are just not as good of quality as the plastic ring ones! I think you’d better send them back l to quality control before you lose your customer base or any new customers!
