The media could not be loaded. Don't buy from this site. I sent a few emails and even Amazon hung up on me. I wasn't smart or anything. Don't want a refund just a product that works. Update: the shipper has been in contact with a fix and is a overall nice guy. I ordered a second for better results for the time when I will need it..OK you guys another update!5/21/2024. This machine is fun. And I call it a machine if you have ever road any different scooters, this one is amazing. My first one didn't work but with working with Amazon and the seller, I got another one fast. The seller is amazing. They will work with you on how to fix and I had needed another one asap because of family plans and after buying another it came almost a week sooner then expected. I'm switching to 5 stars yes because the new product works. And yes even through the old one didn't, the customer service was beyond amazing. Nothing like Tesla and they just tell you to deal with it.

When I go the scooter it looked good, but there were some issues right from the start. The battery meter never worked. It always showed the charge at full, 100%. Also the battery did not seem to last as long as I thought it should. I wrote the company about my concerns and they repeatedly asked me to prove I crisply purchased the scooter. I had Amazon send the information to them directly, but they claimed they never got the information. So I had Amazon send it to me so that I could be sure it was sent. After they got it from me, the company then said that They got it from Amazon also. But the support period was now over and they could not refund my money. I told them I did not want a refund, I wanted a working batter gauge and a good battery. They then told me I would have to purchase those items as they were out of warranty also. I was upset at that point because I feel they purposely delayed confirmation so I would be out of warranty. I was stuck at that point so I asked where on Amazon I could get the parts as I purchased the scooter on Amazon. They told me I could only get the parts and battery from either their website or Ali express! I got the scooter on Amazon on purpose, because I don’t trust non American websites with my credit card info. I do not have an Aliexpress or Alibaba account so now I am stuck with a lemon. I am trying to get a top up card from my bank so I can limit the risks on getting the parts that I need, but it is going to take 2 months minimum to get a new battery from them because it has to be shipped from China by boat.Moral of this story, buy another scooter not this one. The bed and frame along with the tires are sturdy, but the support is horrible and getting replacement parts takes such a lot of effort and then a lot of time after the effort. The battery is $450.00 on their site, MORE THAN HALF the cost of the scooter. Add in the time I wasted on support and how long it will take the battery to get here, and I still will not know the actual level of the new battery. Lesson learned about to buy a new scooter American this time.

This scooter is awesome! Very Fast! Can go over 40+Mph with this. Nothing broken or anything. Yes, The breaks make sounds when use but you have to break into them. And, This is a very heavy Scooter! at least 79lbs heavy. If you have stairs, you're going to have fun with it lol.

Mido 1.85 y peso 93 kg, con carga de bateria completa alcanzo los 50 km/hr de velocidad, aun no he medido la autonomia, sube las pendientes muy bien, me gustó mucho el patín, tuve un inconveniente con el cargador pero me mandaron un repuesto completamente gratis ( estoy en espera que llegue). Actualization; he tenido el patín por 6 meses 6 meses y me ha encantado , es un excelente patín!!

Mine is less that a year old. Max distance is now around 5 miles. Gives no warning, it just turns off!! Company won't help me. Get something else!! Also rides very hard. Front tire will often hit the front fender, almost sending you over the handle bars. Plus very slow acceleration!!

The Arwibon Q30 16 AH electric scooter is very expensive. It is built to hold heavy people. The frame of the scooter holds up nicely, but the battery did not even last one year, and the manufacturer informed me their warranty is only for six months! On a product that expensive! That tells me that you don’t believe in your product, or you built it to break down so that people now have to buy a $350 replacement battery, which is 1/3 the cost of the scooter. Would never recommend this manufacturer. Could potentially have a good product if they cared enough to warranty it properly.

I’m 240 and live in a neighborhood with hills. This has been a great scooter! The digital display is huge! But the speed is displayed in kmh, NOT mph like it says. So the miles traveled and speed is always inaccurate. I’ve had the 500w motor scooters before, and they do fine for me on flat surfaces. But this one is 2800watts and has no problem with the hills in my neighborhood. And we like that it has a key, so you can park it for a few minutes and grab something in the store and can be shut off. Thank you!
