Aquaflow Macerator Washing machine waste pump - 200

This item is faulty after only 6 months or so and I am having great difficulty getting the seller to replace it. They just keep emailing me asking me to get the installer to check in case there is a blockage caused by tissue etc even though I have told them I am using with a washing machine.Let's see how I get on now they have requested my phone number to discuss properly

Never worked properly caused me and my husband a lot of stress and i made no end of phone calls to the supplier and was given a replacement product that still didnt work so demanded my money back, i never received any refunded money or compensation money for all the phone calls i had to make or all the stress it caused. Wish i had just bought a sani flow straight away.
