While he enjoys it because of the design, the product quality is extremely disappointing, especially for the price of 50 EUR. The fabric is very thin, so the backpack doesn’t hold its shape and gets squished and deformed easily. The SpongeBob logo is glued to the zipper, but it falls off quickly, making the bag difficult to use. It would have been much better if the logo were attached like a keychain to a sturdier zipper. To make things worse, I paid 13 EUR for "Express shipping" with an estimated delivery between September 3rd and 19th. However, the item didn’t arrive until October 9th because the seller used standard postal service instead. On top of that, I had to pay an additional 25 EUR for customs and postal fees, which should have been prepaid as per desertcart’s Terms and Conditions. The seller’s attitude was terrible, completely unhelpful and unapologetic, offering no real solution for the delayed delivery or extra costs. I definitely do not recommend this seller.
