Worst product
Not even 2 months of use, and the cleaning pads and ripped apart. And rod is also about to break.

Product quality is good and it came with 5 cleaning pads which is good for to use the product for longer time I think if you only buy from the authentic seller you receive the best quality and all the items included in the box before I bought from another seller and got product without all items and only 1 cleaning pad

Shipping issues
Package contained single pad and no handle for the bucket. so could not use it and returned. how can defective pieces get delivered. should doubt quality controls, and hence product quality.

The handle could not be attached to the base as the socket was missing the screw-on threads. So basically useless, returned, and will not recommend
