The best glute resistance bands I’ve ever tried! I’m absolutely in love with these resistance bands — they’re perfect for glute and leg workouts. The quality is excellent; they’re super durable and don’t roll up or slip during exercises. Plus, they come in different resistance levels, so I can gradually increase the intensity of my workouts. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed my glutes feel firmer and more toned. They’re ideal for working out at home or taking them to the gym. Totally recommended if you want real, effective results!

I got these bands to keep in my gym back for leg day workouts. Even being new, the heaviest doesn't "feel" quiet heavy but they work well! No slipping, no folding and great quality. No tearing, fraying or rips even after having them for a while (6ish months). Colors are cute, comes in a synch bag for storage.

This product is as good as the better known brand and half the price. It can open up unlike other brands, but it never has in all my exercises. If you are a serious gymnast with a lot of bulk stay with the brands that don't open, but if you are just trying to stay mobile, I recommend this brand. It doesn't hurt, doesn't slide and helps you complete the exercise easier. The width and cloth are easier on the body than rubber brands.

Good value for the money. The workout is effective as there is good resistance. The size is a good fit. They stay in place good...with limited roll.

These are such great bands! People in my exercise class often want to borrow them because they are very nice!

These bands are comfortable and the fabric is nice — they don’t roll or slip during exercises, which I really appreciate. They stay in place well and feel good on the skin compared to the usual rubber resistance bands. That said, the resistance levels aren’t great. The purple and green bands feel basically the same, and the pink one is only slightly stronger. Overall the resistance is very light, so they’re not very useful if you’re looking for something that actually challenges you. Also noticed that the green band is shorter than the other two, which makes the set feel a bit inconsistent. They’re fine for very light workouts or rehab-type exercises, but if you want proper resistance you’ll probably need something stronger.

Amazing quality at this price range… The resistance bands are strong, stretch well, and are great for glute and lower body workouts… I also liked that it comes with a storage pouch, which is very useful for keeping everything organized… Totally worth the money…

The bands are different only in that they are different sizes and colours. Their resistance is indistinguishable from each other, and the equivalent resistance of a thick sock. 0 stars.
