First time experience, so far so good.1) the process time is accurate as described --- 3 minutes.2) the processed water is odorless. As for its function, I don't know yet.3) the processed water tastes like water, not more tasteful.4) It would be better to let the customer know that the red light will be on if the bottle is connected to the electricity. In order to start the process, press the button and the blue light will be on. When the process is completed, it resumes to the red light.5) where to get the replacement of the activation base will be my question.

Very satisfied and great value for money! I love the taste, especially since I always add some sparkling water to some natural mineral water. When connected it charges (Red Light on), when it's ready I can easily use it for a couple of days. After few times, remember to clean the inside with some soda and vinegar, it works like a charm!

This is probably some of the best water I’ve tasted. Please know that you cannot use any kind of distilled water or tapwater really for it to taste well distilled water will not be hydrogenated. I am unsure of why, but that is how it is. It just didn’t work. The cleaning procedure is a bit different. Must be cleaned with vinegar not soap and water. At least the coil that is. Be sure to read the instructions

unfortunately, the machine stopped working shortly after two weeks of using it. I am told by my roommate that it wasn't working properly because it wasn't making bubbles but the light was red. Then the bubbles stopped showing up after leaving the machine hooked up to charge. the blue went off and so did the red, the blue came back on but no bubbles.

I love my HomEnjoy hydrogen water bottle and use it all the time. My wife saw how much I liked mine, so I bought her a bottle too. I seem to be feeling the benefits of using this, as my aches and pain in my legs are not as bad now. This is a very good product that is well worth the price which is not high at all.

The 3 stars is because the battery life is not good. I charged it up when I first got it. Used it maybe 10 times and the battery went dead. Charged it up again and it lasted exactly 8 uses before the battery died again. Not impressed with the battery life by any stretch of the imagination.The ease of use is great. Fill it up about halfway, press the button and wait.It is made of glass, so I have only used it at home.Taste takes getting used to but isn't a major thing for me. I only care if it works. And, so far, it has helped alleviate one main skin issue and I am happy about that.Not sure if anyone else is having a battery issue.That being said, if the battery lasted longer I am pretty sure this would be a really nice item.

Easy set up,easy to use..live the easy charging system..when it’s lit red it means to charge and when it’s blue it’s ready for use(fill it up,twist on the cap n press the button) each cycle takes 3 minutes and it’s ready for another refill.
