Tastes Good, Mixes Well
Taste: Tastes like lucozade, but on the condition that its mixed with the correct amount of powder to water ratio, if too much powder it tastes a bitter, and too little powder it tastes like tangy water, not really sweet. Value: 1 serving per active day. So last around 1.5 months, it’s decent for the amount you pay Energy: I mainly for it, so I don’t get as many cramps but I do feel less drained throughout my training. Mixability: Good, mixed really well and rarely get clumps in the drink

Perfect for long days on the saddle
Used this to complete a 125 mile 10000ft climb sportive. Highly rate this product for a good source of energy. Combined this with clif bars and it kept me going all day.

Not very nice tasting, stains bottles and anything it goes into
Usually get very good products from applied nutrition but this is very chemical tasting and heavily stains anything it touches. I will be going back to torq now
