Rug is soft and cute. Tassels lay flat and don't seem to be the problem I thought they might be. (I did have to trim a few longer threads from the tassles). It unrolled nicely with no roll back. Like all my rugs, I let it air out for a week on several totes in my garage. No lingering smells. Lays perfectly flat. It's a pleasant addition to my apartment.

This rug is beautiful, soft, and comes folded up so it’s super easy to move into the room! Love that. Thin enough for one strong person to carry it by themselves, but still really soft. I do recommend buying a rug pad if you want it to be squishy under foot. It is quite thin but that’s not a bad thing for us.The delivery service used was extremely questionable. They called me from a number that my phone provider identified as “know spam number” which was frightening. When I called back to schedule the delivery, there is only an automatic system that doesn’t identify the delivery agent and no option to talk to a person. It literally feels exactly like a scam and a scary pre-burglar scope out. I had to do some research on Amazon before I was comfortable taking the risk of scheduling the delivery with that shady number. Probably the worst delivery service scheduling system I’ve ever encountered.But I did get the rug and I’m super happy with it! I would recommend that the seller either use a different delivery service or encourage the delivery service to use order numbers or self-identifying information when using an automated service to schedule deliveries. And to get their number taken off the spam number lists.

More than I bargained for! This rug is absolutely gorgeous and great quality. From the time I took the plastic wrap off I was impressed. They put cute little "end covers" (picture 3) on each end to protect the rug during shipping. I'd never seen this before - so thoughtful! I ordered the beige but read the comments first and others had described it looks more grey (picture 2) and it does! This is what I was hoping for! I ordered an underlay for extra softness and recommend you do the same. Mine (the underlay) was under $35 CDN and worth the extra investment. Extra bonus - it arrived 9 days earlier than expected. I couldn't be more impressed.

This area rug arrived well packaged in a roll. I purchased the beige. It is soft and has a lot of texture to it. It is a great addition to any room.
