Très bien, fonctionne parfaitement pour moi. Souffrant également de stace, les 2 premiers jours j'ai eu quelques crampes le temps de me libérer complètement.a partir du 3eme jour tout est rentré dans l'ordre et je me libère dès le matin, en prenant 2 gélules le soir 30mn avant de me coucher. La seconde semaine je vais prendre 1 seule gélule en prévision et verrai si cela suffit
