These were bought for “Elf” the musical, which involves a scene and dance number performed as “elves” on knees. Padding is good and thick Very stretchy. I bought large as I was right on the cusp of medium/large, but could have gone medium. I was able to wear these over my leggings comfortably.

My daughter uses it and very happy with it as it protects her knees well for her dance routine which was normally painful.

I actually didn't need these for volley ball but I did need some pads for a ghostbuster cosplay and these are exactly what i needed.These are almost an exact match to the pads used in both the first and second movies.They are well made, durable and the fit is excellent.I cannot fault them at all and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I'm really impressed with these kneepads which have got to have some of the thickest padding for this price range!For reference my thigh is 15.5 inches and I'm 145 lbs so was on the cusp between M/L and I went for the M, they weren't too tight at all, with plenty of stretch, so I'd go lower if you're in the middle of sizes

I brought knee pads to do dance in and unfortunately, the pads do not cover your knees and they move around a lot, had to keep adjusting.

Fits perfectly. Did not shift during moves. Perfect amount of padding to ensure comfort throughout all movements. Highly recommend esp if have sensitive knees.

I have a really hard finding knee pads that are affordable and fit me. Normally large is too small, even an XL measurements are too small, so finding ones that fit are extremely challenging. Based on the reviews and since these are so affordable I decided to take a chance because I really needed a new pair for dance.These are awesome, stretchy and the large fits really well!
